Guangzhou Huiling

Once again this year the Huiling Charity Dinner and Ball was attended by many friends and benefactors. It was held in a hall of the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Guangzhou. The motto was "Love knows no boundaries."
The opening speech was given by the Consul General of Finland in Guangzhou, Mr. Eero Suonimen. Also present were some members of the Italian Consulate and several local businessmen. A large group of supporters came from Hong Kong.
The event was a demonstration of love and care for persons with mental disabilities, who were the center of attention of the guests. They put on shows, and went around all the tables toasting to the health of the guests.
During the dinner, several objects donated by friends were auctioned. The proceeds boosted the evening income, which was higher than that of last year.
Huiling is grateful to so many individuals and organizations. Together with them, Huiling can do great things to help people with mental disabilities!
