Guangzhou Huiling

Huiling Thanks-giving Party will be held in “T.I.T” Creative Industry Zone，which located at Xinggang zhong Rd, Haizhu District , a very beautiful and historic place.
Since its foundation we have received help from people of all walks of life, making possible for Huiling to grow and expand. We want to show our gratitude to so many sponsors, donors and volunteers for their constant support during the past twenty years by celebrating a Thanksgiving Party.
During the party our students will be in attendance, welcoming and assisting the guests. It will be an opportunity for them to actively participate in this event and show their gratitude to their benefactors through concrete action.
The evening party will be enriched by a show put up by representatives of our students, sponsors and volunteers. In this way the Huiling New Year Party will foster mutual knowledge and understanding.

Huiling Homes & Community Service for Persons with Mental Disabilities .

We will present activities such as performance by Huiling students, sponsors and volunteers, playing short videos, lucky draw, Subscription of students’ works and commending, with the purpose of thanks-giving.
 Four Areas will be set up in the Hall, including Art Area, Drink Area, Huiling Farm, Pizza Production Area. Our mentally disable students will draw pictures, do some handicrafts, make pizza, do some service jobs for all the guests ,aiming to show their capability and let people know they can do well .
 Through the news reporting of mass media, we hope to let persons from various circles of society know and concern more about Huiling in order to publicize and disseminate knowledge on services for mentally disabled people.
 Among 150 people attending the program, 80 will be commended for their devotion to Huiling, and the rest are guests of honor.
 Commending form：
Corporate Sponsors : “20 Best Corporate Sponsors” will be set up according to the quantities of funds or goods and materials and contribution they donated or made .
Volunteers ： “Outstanding Contribution Award”, ” Perseverance award”, ” Teamwork Award” will be set up according to the service time, service contribution.

 16:00-17:00 Guest sign in at the time of arrival, take a look round the five Huiling areas
 17:00-17:10 Compere ,consul general of Italy and director of Huiling address for the party
 17:10-17:20 Insert a film to introduce Huiling
 17:20-18:00 Give awards to enterprise sponsors, delegate address and insert a film to review sponsors events
 18:00-19:00 Buffet dinner, performances (African drum, Italian style dance, a grateful song ) given by Huiling trainees,
 19:00-19:05 First round of lottery drawing
 19:05-19:15 Performance given by conversus from Catholic Church.
 19:15-19:35 Insert a film to review volunteers events and give rewards to volunteers.
 19:35-19:40 The second round of lottery drawing
 19:40-19:45 A performance about body handwriting from Huiling trainees
 19:45-19:50 Invite guest to dance bunny
 19:50-20:00 Chief Executive gives a conclusion following by a launching ceremony of Huiling 20th anniversary. Compare declare the end of party.
